Skid Structures

Triethylene Glycol (TEG) Regen Skid, Pump Skid, Amine Regen Skid, Amine Pump Skid, Contactor skid.

The South Shapkino oil-condensate field is located 70km within the Arctic Circle and consists of 3 well pads gathered via two infield pipelines to a Central Production Facility (CPF).

The project involved the supply and manufacture of one off TEG Regen Skid, one off TEG Pump Skid, one off Amine Regen Skid, one off Contractor Skid to client drawings & specifications and all relevant standards.

All equipment had to operate to a minimum design temperature of -43 Degrees Celcius with a requirement for all Skid structures to be manufactured to BS7191-355D with additional impact testing at -40 Degrees Celcius. All welded pipework and fittings conformed to quality standard ASME B31.3.

Each skid package contained all required gauges, transmitters, control valves, relief valves, etc for safe operation of the equipment. A complete dossier of Operation and Maintenance Manuals were supplied for all assemblies in both English and Russian.
